Grounded in a systemic approach, family constellations, ancient wisdom, and rituals, this workshop offers a safe and powerful space to:

When our needs for safety, belonging, and recognition are unmet, we experience fear and uncertainty. This disconnection weakens us, making us vulnerable to those who promise quick and easy solutions. Here, we will explore ways to return to our own center — and from there create strong, healthy connections with others.
