RESILIENCE NEEDS ROOTS is an invitation to slow down, connect with your inner strength, courage and build meaningful relationships with others. Bringing together people from a wealth of backgrounds who share a deep interest in their humanity, the organisers and participants create a safe environment for exploration and growth.
Grounded in the systemic approach, ancient wisdom and rituals, this workshop looks at the broader context of our lives. It offers deep reflection and valuable resources for regeneration. By consciously exploring life’s dynamics, participants will connect with their family roots, thus interweaving soul, body, mind, and heart.
